For some Reason, im be able to start.Flow version 0.18 with the Locale Emulator and anything works fine. ing Applocale without compatibility mode gives me an error, with compatibility mode it starts up like i didnt use an Applocale and the installation stops at 44% When i use Locale Emulator ( redgardless if i use compatibility mode or not), the first small Window bevor the main window appears actually starts up with the Correct language, but then when the main Window appears, it still have those mangled words and also stops at 44% i also tried to test the locale emulator on other programs to see if its works.
